From selfish reasons alone, if from
no loftier reason, we cannot afford to find fault, to hate, or even to hold in
mind anything against any living soul!

My meditation today is
looking for the good in what already is right now. I let go of the outside world and I listen;
I find my grounding and I know that Life is unfolding perfectly.
