I love myself. When I love myself, then I can love
others. The channel is open for the
energy to flow. I express myself openly
and honestly. I accept myself the way I
am. My heart is open and full of compassion. Love is all there is. It is everywhere and in everything and
everyone. Love is eternal and is my
natural state of being. When I begin
having thoughts that are not loving, then I consciously move back into
alignment with loving thoughts again.
