Breathing is a life saver. BREATHING IS LIFE! Whenever I am having any negative thinking I remember to take some nice deep breaths and since it is impossible to keep up the negative thinking at the same time I breathe I am left with the breathing! Breathing is life giving ad energizing; it even makes any aches and pains go away. The trick is to remember to do it.
