We recognize, then, in man’s self-knowing mind his Unity with the whole, for a drop of water is not the ocean, yet it does contain within itself all the attributes of the limitless deep.
The ocean is so huge and has seemingly infinite waves which are constantly changing all the time. It contains many fish and sea creatures, and perhaps unknown species. It is a world unto itself.

In my physical body there is only room for perfection, because that thought which is sustaining and nourishing my body is aware only of perfection, nothing can come into being except from the One Creative Mind, and nothing can flourish unless there is something to nourish it.
I nourish myself by eating healthy foods and by exercising my body, organizing my environment, spending time with loving people, walking in nature, reading spiritual books and practicing my creativity through making my artwork.

“The meek shall inherit the earth.” This is a teaching of non-resistance. War lords and plunderers of human possessions have come and gone. Kingdoms have risen only to crumble in dust and become numbered with past events….To whom have our artists turned for inspiration and that quickening power which enables them to depict the ideal? Not to the war lords, nor even the captains of industry, but to the meek.—Ernest Holmes
Today, I release all resistance to my good. I let go of any left over anger, sadness or worry. I let go of the past or the future. This day, I allow the present moment to fill me with the Love of God. I resist nothing. I allow my good to flow in me, through me and as me. By practicing nonresistance, I allow my life to unfold and I enjoy each moment. I’m going with the flow. I’m feeling the energy of the Universe. Things happen; good, bad, right, wrong—I release judgment and I stay centered, practicing moderation, and focusing on my goals. Nonresistance helps me stay in the flow and in the know!

“The life of letting go is the life of freedom, the life of nonattachment.” –Zoketsu Norman Fischer
There are so many things in life to think about—people, places, things; jobs to do, places to go, all of the stuff on the news—it can be frightening, stressful, nerve wracking. But to practice nonattachment is to know that each event will pass; it’s all temporary, and that none of it is good or bad, it just is. If I listen to my heart or to the still small voice; that is what is real.

Nature seems to await our comprehension of her and, since she is governed by immutable laws—the ignorance of which excuses no man from their effects—the bondage of humanity must be a result of our ignorance of the true nature of Reality. –Ernest Holmes
I am in touch with nature because I am part of nature just as the trees, the flowers, the water, the air and the animals are part of nature. I am an integral part of it all.

It is evident that the movement back of the objective world must be a subjective movement—a movement of consciousness. –Ernest Holmes
I experience movement as I go on and do the next thing and then the next thing. I move forward in my life, on my path. I also find the time to practice being still and to practice listening. This makes my movement much easier.

I always have an abundance of money and an abundance of whatever it takes to make life happy and opulent. There is a continuous movement toward me of supply, of money, of all that I need to express the fullest life, happiness and action. –Ernest Holmes
Money, money, money---I love money! I attract more money all the time. I like to have money so I can live comfortably, pay the bills and buy fun things. I always have enough because the Universe always provides everything I need. I give money out and money returns to me. I am abundant with money!
