HEARTWORK

I allow my heart to guide me in everything I do. I consciously go within and listen to my heart. I am aware of the heart area of my chest and I focus on how it feels. If I am experiencing any negative thoughts of feelings about anyone, I visualize that person and I take them into my heart where Love dissolves the problem. The Love in my heart heals anything I choose to allow to enter in to be healed. My Heart Work heals me.

HEART

The arrogant have not perceived the simplicity of faith, but the pure in heart see God. The farmer has seen the Heavenly Host in his fields. The child has frolicked with Him at play. The mother has clasped Him to her breast and the fond lover has seen Him in the eyes of his beloved. We look too far away for Reality. –Ernest Holmes

My heart is full of love, because I allow it to open to all aspects of life. I breathe and I allow.

HEALTH

If one wishes to demonstrate prosperity, he must first have a consciousness of prosperity; if he wishes health, he must embody the idea of health. This is more than faith; it is the knowledge that we are dealing with Law. –Ernest Holmes

I have an attitude of Gratitude, I eat lots of fruits and veggies, I exercise every day, I get plenty of rest, I practice breathing, and I practice HEALTH!

HEALING

Healing and demonstration take place as our minds become attuned to the truth of Being. There is no process of healing, but there is generally a process in healing. This process is the time and effort which we undergo in or realization of Truth. –Ernest Holmes

I accept the present Reality. I embrace every aspect of my life, including all of it, my body, my work, my family and friends; all of the problems and all of the solutions. I accept healing!

HARMONY

The original Spirit is Harmony. It is Beauty and Truth and everything that goes with Ultimate Reality. The Universe is not divided against Itself.--Ernest Holmes

Harmony happens when we are all working together for the common good of all. So, I agree to always do my part to move towards completing my own piece of the greater whole so that we are all closer to having peace and harmony.

I do the right thing. I do what works for me. I play the role that is the Divine piece of the puzzle that is mine. In God’s symphony, I play my own instrument with the perfect notes that create harmony for all.

HAPPINESS

…health has always been ours, abundance has always been ours. Happiness and peace have always been ours; they are ours now, for they are the very essence and Truth of our being

I choose happiness. I make up my mind to be happy. Whatever is happening with my family, work, health or the world at large, I choose to be happy and at peace. If I follow my guidance and I agree to be agreeable with Loving Kindness; that is what is most likely to give me happiness.

GUIDANCE

People often say, “I don’t know what to do; I don’t know how to make a choice.” We must realize, that there is an Intelligence within us that does know. This “guidance” is just as true. –Ernest Holmes

I accept my guidance right here and right now. In this present moment I listen. I go within, I become quiet and I tap into that still small voice. I feel my heart beating and filling with the energy of life. I listen to love and I use love as my tool which shows me the direction to follow. I allow love to be my guide.
